How does it work?
Step 1: APPLICATION/INTERVIEW/in-processing
After you fill out the application we set up a coaching interview
During the interview, we want to make sure that you’re a good fit for our program and that we’re a good fit to coach you
If we decide to work together we get you set up with an account on the Rugged Athlete App
STEP 2: Rugged Athlete Physical assessment
Once you have access to our app we will have you complete our Rugged Athlete Physical Assessment to find out where your fitness levels are at and to build your custom PT plan
STEP 3: COACH BUILDS YOUR CUSTOM PT plan PROGRAM
Taking into account your goals, your results from your Rugged Athlete Physical Assessment, your training schedule availability, and your equipment availability we will build your custom PT plan
step 4: game plan call/video chat
After your coach builds your custom PT plan we will hop on a call to go over the details of the program, answer any questions you have, and make sure you’re good to go. The goal is to make sure you have complete clarity and are ready to execute your individualized PT plan at a high level
